Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth (Xbox)

Call of Cthulhu is a first-person adventure based on the mythos created by author H.P. Lovecraft, later explored in a series of pen-and-paper role-playing games. While earlier titles in the Cthulhu universe have appeared on computer platforms, Dark Corners of the Earth marks the first original Cthulhu game since 1995. Blending action, horror, and adventure elements, players must battle the forces of evil in a world set in 1920s New England. To further immerse players into the story line, the first-person viewpoint is free from maps, icons, or health indicators associated with most games in the genre. Players must use their wits to solve puzzles, fight enemies, and to decide which characters met during the course of their adventure may be friends or foes.
